The Offline Self-Study mode uses data stored on the headset to allow students to sign in and access content without an internet connection.  If changes have been made on the platform, such as adding new students or assigning new content to students, the VR device may need to resync in order for those new students to log in or see the new content.  


To resync a VR device, please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure your headset is connected to the internet.
  2. Go to the Self-Study (Offline) login page of the Veative Student App.
  3. Click Resync.
  4. Use the left and right arrows to find the appropriate license, then click Resync below.
