If you received an email notifying you that your password was changed, but you did not change your password:

  1. Navigate to learn.veative.com.
  2. Click Log in and select your school.
  3. Click Forgot password?
  4. You should receive another email from notifications@veative.com. 
  5. Click the Reset Password button.
  6. Enter a new password that is not similar to the any of the passwords you might have used before.
