Teacher Account Set-up

When the Teacher is registered in VEATIVE and activation email is send which needs to be accepted and then the Teacher is able to login into the application. The categorization of teachers is done as per the grades/subjects assigned to them. The students associated with teachers depends on the subjects linked with them.


The dashboard shows the list of all the subjects assigned to the user which comes under the standard assign to the school.

When the user selects any subject from the dashboard then it navigates and the user can select whether to  get the list of all the contents within the particular subject and can see the Full and Preview video for the same.

The second tab includes the Reports which shows the overall and individual reports of the students assigned to the teacher.

The list included all the contents within the subject and the teacher can view the Full and Preview video of the same.


The user can manage his profile through this screen. The user can change his name/profile image/password.

The activity statement consists of list of all the students associated with the teachers having grades/subjects in common. The Activity button shows the list of matching subjects linked to the student.

The records can be filtered in terms of Grade and Subjects. This helps the user to sort out the records as per the need.

By clicking on Activity button displayed in front of each Student, the user can see the list of all activities performed.


The Reports and Analytics shows the reports for all the activities done by the number of student assigned to the teacher in terms of score achieved. The activity can be answering mcq’s , quiz etc.

User can manage the details to be shown on the listing by allowing the fields to be  displayed on the list. User can export the record list in CSV,PDF,Excel.


The Report includes three major components i.e. Master, Learning, Struggling. The user falls into different categories according to the score/ cumulative score achieved by the students in different activities.

The score limit defined as :

 Mastered : 60-100

 Learning : 40-59

 Struggling : 0-39

  1. The Report dashboard includes Leaderboard which shows the Student’s overall performance and calculate the average of all the scores within modules of a subject. Teacher can filter the list as Best or Worst Performance.

  1. It also includes a Activity represents as a pie chart which shows the weekly data of students and categorise the same as Struggling, Learning, Mastered. On the click of any section the List of Students changes showing the views in a module (within a week).

  1. The Most Challenging Modules section shows the list of all the modules where the users finds difficulty to score and falls under struggling category. The result shown comprises of the overall performance of all the users within the module.


The second tab is the Student tab which includes the list of all students assigned to a teacher. The teacher can view profile of any student from the link provided in the page.

The student profile comprises of header which shows the Progress , Average score and Modules attempted by it. These are the overall scores of student within the modules of a subject.

  1. The Content Proficiency shows the overall score of student till date.

  2. The Learning Module  shows the overall modules attempted by the user.

  3. The Assessment  shows the overall attempts made by the user to give an appropriate answer for the given question. There are only 4 attempts and each bar contains the count of attempts by the user.

  4. The Domain Proficiency  is a radar chart which shows the categorisation of question within the modules and calculation is done on the basis of modules played by the user. The different categories include :

  • Create

  • Analyze

  • Evaluate

  • Remember

  • Apply

  • Understand

5. The Most Attempted Modules includes the list of modules attempted by user maximum time in a week.


The module tab consists of all the modules within the subject. The user navigates to the page by clicking on the View Module link on the module tab.

The Module page includes :

  1. Total number of attempts in overall made by the user.

  1. The number of unique attempts in overall made by the user for the module.

  1. The overall Average score of the user for the specific module.

  1. Students Grouped by Performance shows the performance over the module of all the users assigned to the teacher.

  1. Change in Performance is the parameter to check the growth of student within a week’s period.  For eg : Initially the user status : Struggling - 0 and Learning - 0
    Student1 performance in last week make him fall in the category of Struggling , but the performance in current week puts him in Learning category. So, the overall change in performance changes to Learning : +1 and Struggling : -1

  2. The Most challenging Questions shows the Question and Level number where most of the students have given maximum incorrect answers.


This includes importing the records of G class room users into the application. This helps in when the user requires the same users present in G suite. Instead of sending invites to the user again or import them from the csv, the user opts to import records from G classroom and used them further in the application.

Once the user clicks on ‘Import G Classroom user’s , all the records gets imported.

A new feature is included in VEATIVE for Teacher to Add Assignment directly in the Google Classroom. This will reduce the effort of teacher to create assignment separately in both VEATIVE and Google Classroom.

The process includes :

  1. Login into VEATIVE as Teacher.

  2. Go to Reports & Analytics > Assignment.

  3. Different Standards are present on the page. The section includes Standard > Grade > Subject.

  4. Select the Standard for which the assignment has to be made.

  5. Select from the topics to add into the assignment.

  6. Once the assignment is selected then the user needs to select from the list of Class(The listing appears as per the classes present in the Google Classroom).

  7. On selecting the class the assignment gets added directly in it and than the teacher can select the students whom he/she wanted to assign the same.
