Why can’t I see any student activity in my reports?

If you can’t see any student activity, it may be due to the following reasons:

  • The device isn’t connected to the internet so the reports aren’t synced.

  • Please change the filter and set the date right, to view the student reports.

  • The students’ reports haven’t still been synced to the server from the student devices.
